The photovoltaic plant Tabernas II comprises around 120,652 solar modules across an area of 125 ha with a total installed capacity of approximately 50 MW.

SUSTAINABILITY

Measures taken within our sustainability framework of the project include for example:

  • An Environmental Corrective Measures Plan including the landscape integration of the project; 
  • A perimeter planting of 2 km with local species as part of the landscape integration;
  • Environmental Monitoring Programme during the construction and operation of the project;
  • Preventive archaeological project approved by the local authorities and carried out by a registered archaeologist.
